Who I am

40 years in the room where it happens.

I'm Kerry Swanson — former COO of KUOW, former Station Manager of Northwest Public Broadcasting, and former NPR Board Member. I founded Signal & Strategy LLC to put that experience directly in service of public media organizations facing the decisions that define their future. I don't hand you a report and walk away. I work alongside your team until the strategy is real.
